Equipped with new advanced technologies, we take a look at the prices and features of the new IONIQ 6 range from Hyundai.

Hyundai IONIQ 6 prices will start from £46,745, with Rear Wheel Drive and All Wheel Drive variants available, as well as Premium and Ultimate trim levels.
The IONIQ 6 has been designed to be as aerodynamic as possible and therefore as efficient as possible. It has an ultra-low drag coefficient of just 0.21, helped by its reduced frontal area, active front air flaps, and reduced wheel air gap.
Such features help deliver a driving range of up to 338 miles for the rear-wheel-drive model, or 322 miles for the all-wheel-drive model, from the standard long-range 77kWh battery.
A digital side mirror is an option that aims to make the IONIQ 6 even more efficient. These are available with Ultimate trim for £995.
The IONIQ 6's rear-wheel drive powertrain delivers 228PS of power and 350Nm of torque, or 325PS and 605Nm with the all-wheel drive powertrain. Both powertrains offer a braking capacity of 1,500 kg.
Thanks to its 800v charging system, the IONIQ 6 can perform ultra-rapid charging up to 233 kW, and has a standard battery heating system to improve charge times.
IONIQ 6 includes Vehicle 2 Load (V2L). This means it can power electronic devices such as laptops or camping equipment – or any other EV – from an external charging port from a 3-pin plug socket inside the vehicle. To do the latter, a V2L adapter is required, available from Hyundai retailers for £375.
